Milk Oolong

Milk Oolong tea is produced in the south of Fujian China. The tea has a small pearl-like or curl shape and imparts an unusually creamy tea liquor.

Oolong tea is traditionally created using a unique process of withering the tea under strong sunlight before oxidation of the dried leaves. The tea is then twisted into little curls and pearls.

The leaves are very delicately processed to enhance the wonderful milky fragrance of the liquor.

It has a soft, creamy flavour, an abundance of natural sweetness and very little astringency, that is the reason why it's getting more and more popular. ​

Brewing and taste

We recommend that you follow these steps in order to get the best taste: 8Fl Oz/240ml of water below boiling at around 195ºF/90ºC for 4/5 minutes. The gold can be added before or after pouring the water according to your preference.

Flavour

The leaves are finely processed, which improves the milky fragrance and the soft flavour with a balanced sweetness and a thick and creamy body flavour resulting from its unique roasting process.

Storage

Keep it in a cold and dry place.
